Stunning Views: The private verandas with panoramic sea views were absolutely breathtaking. It felt like being in a postcard, surrounded by the beauty of the crystal blue sea and majestic mountains.
Distance from Amenities: The location was a bit remote, far from shops and the water.

The view from the tastefully decorated and architectually beautiful apartments was breathtaking. Sue, the manager, a Brit, could not have been nicer. This ranks among th best places we have ever stayed, anywhere.
Although we didn't see any, we were warned, to keep our French doors closed because "horned adders" (venomous and deadly) are known to live in these parts. Also the Wi- fi doesn't work well.

It was located in a beautiful area near the peninsula, a rocky bay between the marvellous beaches of Foneas and idyllic beach & the lovely town of Kardymyli, The host ensured we got a very good experience on holidays👌👌

Perfect location, with fantastic views. Very well kept villa, interior fittings of high standard.
My only comment is that the promised internet connection in the room did not function. One had to sit outside, near the small office to get a good signal,

The apartment is a large well-furnished property set in peaceful surroundings with fantastic views over the Ionion Sea. It is clean and comfortable, with excellent linen and fluffy towels. Kitchen is well equipped. We were warmly welcomed by Sue who had thoughtfully provided us with fruit, wine, beer and soft drinks. On entering there is definitely a wow factor.
First, although the advertisement states wifi is available in the property, it is not. It is accessible only by using a booster device which was not really successful. This was disappointung as this was one of the main reasons why chose this particular apartment. Secondly, it is impossible to close the french doors from the outside, therefore, when sitting on the terrace, it allows access for snakes, mice, lizards, flying beetles, huge moths, mosquitoes and a multiple of biting insects which all abound outside the property. Despite being bathed in repellent we were very badly bittten. These two aspects did not induce us ever to return. It is not a place for the faint-hearted or those susceptible to insect bites.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful maisonette with stunning views of the sea. the accommodation was superb, with a comfortable bed, clean sheets changed regularly, and excellent amenities like powerful air conditioning and good water pressure. the sunsets were breathtaking, and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Katikies Manis provided a well-appointed and inviting space that enhanced our relaxation and enjoyment of Greece.
Absolutely no dislikes 😊.

The place was perfect, the view was excellent.
It's still Greece and therefore a bit overpriced. It is actually not a hotel, but four appartments on a row. There was no staff upon arrival; we had to call them.

The apartments have a charming colonial style and all the necessary amenities. the location offers breathtaking panoramic views and direct access to the seaside. There is excellent parking available and it is very close to both organized and more secluded beaches. the owners and staff are friendly and offer great tips for exploring the area.
Felt lucky, nothing to complain about.

The location was lovely with a great view. The rooms were nicely decorated and we liked the separate bedroom and living area. The kitchenette meant we could fix our own light breakfast and even dinner one night.
We had a little trouble finding it - it was a little farther out of town than we had thought.

The building and furnishings were superb and romantic. The view was fabulous. We would stay again should we have the opportunity.
